I’ve been using Snuugo for close to 2 months now, and I’ve grown to love it more and more. It’s especially useful for pumping on the go — I never have to miss a session even when I’m doing simple chores, eating, or even using the toilet.
When my baby was born, I mainly used my Spectra S1, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that Snuugo gives me the same yield of breast milk. A durable, well-supporting pumping bra definitely makes a difference too!

I’ve been using the Snuugo Pump for almost 7 months now and I still love it so much! I’m doing power pumping and pumping every 3 to 4 hours~ and it’s been holding up so well.
One thing I really love is how lightweight it is, which makes it super convenient when I’m moving around or multitasking. It also fully empties my breasts, which is a huge plus for comfort and maintaining my milk supply.

I’m so glad my friend recommended this breast pump to me. It is comfortable and effective for working mums who have to express milk at work. I find that I am able to get the maximum yield after pumping for 15 minutes.

Love how the Snuugo pump is so fuss free to use. Easy to clean and assemble. Best thing? I can just pop it in my bra and do whatever I need to do without having to just sit and monitor or wait!
It was super convenient to pump outside with Snuugo under a nursing cover. It was discrete and wasn’t as noisy as most other pumps. With the use of the app, it was also easy to adjust the settings and begin and end the pump without having to move the pump too much. Thumbs up for a fab breast pump!

1. Customer service: TOP NOTCH Customer Service. I can tell that the team is very dedicated to their product and service. The founder actually came to my place to demonstrate how to use the product.
2. I was told that wearable breast pumps only work after 2-3 months of breastfeeding. I decided to try it 5 days into breastfeeding. To my pleasant surprise, I could pump quite substantially - didn’t have to buy another breast pump.
3. The parts are all pretty easy to assemble. I only wish that there was more glass parts as I am not a fan of plastic but I know it affects the wearability - probably something the team can explore!
Managed to pump outside when I’m out for more than 8 hours and it really, really helped that it is so compact. Lighten up my load so much as I was already carrying so much other baby stuff in the diaper bag.
I bought the pump in December 2023 prior to their release because when my husband and i stopped by their booth, i was drawn to Justin and Charles’ commitment to their new product and the background story of them creating this because of their wives breastfeeding journey.
The pumps were delivered by Justin in March 2024 and he went through how to use the pump, the app, the assembly and other pumping / breastfeeding tips. It was a very pleasant delivery visit! The snuugo packaging was also A+++! Very fancy, i was impressed.
As for the pump functionality, i was amazed as i tried it day 6 PP and i was able to yield 40ml already!
I use it mostly when i am out and away from baby. I love the convenience of the pump, easy to set up with minimal parts to assemble and the strength settings can be controlled by the app so i can use different settings for different boobs.
The yield of the snuugo is comparable to my spectra s1 too, so no worries for engorgement / supply dips!

The snuugo pump is easy to use as it is
hands free, easy to clean and easy to track the amount of milk pump.
The cons is that I do find battery life a bit short and the pumping sound can be softer. And I need to adjust the pump to fit my breasts, if not, the milk cannot be pumped out or the milk will leak.

We bought two pumps, and one had a faulty light sensor. Customer service promptly visited to update our pumps, bypassing the light sensor issue.
My wife had some trouble pumping due to her breastfeeding routine and we were wondering if it is a pump issue. Customer service visited again, bringing a knowledgeable lady to help with pump positioning. It turned out the issue wasn’t with the pump but with the different sensations in her left and right breasts. Kudos to the team for providing such comprehensive support!
When one of the pumps had another issue (milk leakage into the machine), customer support made multiple visits to investigate and repair the problem. They even took the product back twice to replace parts and ensure it worked perfectly. Their dedication and free-of-charge service left us very impressed and satisfied.

Am using Snuugo for work and recently brought it out for short trip. The pump is lightweight to bring around and parts easy to wash. I quite often use the pump without connecting to the app and it works as well. Service is great as Charles is quick to respond to my queries too!
I really like using the snuugo, pros are:
1. hands free: i can use it and do other things
2. super easy to assemble
3. quiet
4. app is awesome, i can track both feeds and pumps. multiple ppl can sign into the app so those feeding baby can help track feeds as well.
5. the amount i pump on the snuugo is the same as my manual hegen pump.
cons:
1.battery life not that long, need to charge after 2 uses if not it will die by 3rd use
2. odd shaped bottle makes it hard to get all the milk out
3. not sure why but my snuugo isnt recording the volume of milk i pumped. but its still easy for me to just input the amt

Where do I begin!!! I absolutely love this pump! It's so comfortable and quiet! When you purchase this pump it will come with two shields; size 20 and 24. And if you're like me, you can use both of them! I had a half a day thing and its super convenient cos I went out without bringing the steriliser.
To be honest maybe the app needs a little work cos I get disconnected often. But you can use the pump without the app! I never use the app anymore cos I don't need it. I've set my pump to my desired strength once, so all I do now is on and pump.
It comes with 4 pump parts only and it's so easy to assemble no fussies. What I love the most is the spout. I can pour out my milk into bags effortlessly no spills (or don't cos the cup comes with a cover). I never had problems with getting my milk out with Snuugo and the battery life is acceptable. I get about x4 full usage before ai need to charge.
Customer service and after service support is Top Notch. My total experience with Snuugo has been remarkable! Worth every penny. Truly.

Encountered a few problems when I first started using the pumps - diaphragms didn’t stay, pump unit bugged out, some minor app issues.
That being said, the Snuugo guys (Justin and Charles) were 💯. They responded very promptly, came down personally to do an exchange of the pump units/ shields on different occasions, listened to what I had to say and attempted to rectify the problems on the app.
I also needed some time to get used to wearing and using the pump properly. (To name a few; placing pump on breasts accurately, pouring milk out to reduce wastage). When I got over that hurdle - which took a few uses - then the overall usability of the pumps improved.
That being said… Can’t say that I’ve tried the other wearable pumps on the market but, the Snuugo is pretty effective in getting milk out, it is VERY CONVENIENT and time saving. I pump while doing work and on my way home from work. It is fairly comfortable and fits my lifestyle. The app makes it convenient to change settings on the pump while on the go. Battery life is pretty solid too, 4-5 reliable 20 min pump sessions which can last you a day and a half depending on how many times you pump.
There’ll be pros and cons to every breast pump out there (I’ve also used the Philips double electric pump) so you’d just have to pick the one that checks more boxes for you! Hope this review helps
I've just returned from travelling with my Snuugo, and glad to report that it is a reliable wearable pump with a powerful suction. It cleared my breasts almost as well as my primary pump (Spectra Dual Compact). There were teething problems at the beginning (diaphragms couldn't stay on), but Snuugo dealt with them promptly, with Justin even coming down personally to my place to do the exchange. I'm glad I chose Snuugo despite it being a new product, and the after-sales service support really puts any worries i initially had at ease. The founders seem very sincere in creating a fantastic product, and strive to constantly improve it (including the app). I would recommend this wearable pump - support local!
The first batch i got gets warm after 6 mins of usage. Justin then came personally and did 1 to 1 exchange. No more issue. Service was top notch on the exchange and follow up. Highly recommended.
