Snuugo Wearable Breast Pump

The snuugo pump is easy to use as it is
hands free, easy to clean and easy to track the amount of milk pump.

The cons is that I do find battery life a bit short and the pumping sound can be softer. And I need to adjust the pump to fit my breasts, if not, the milk cannot be pumped out or the milk will leak.

We bought two pumps, and one had a faulty light sensor. Customer service promptly visited to update our pumps, bypassing the light sensor issue.

My wife had some trouble pumping due to her breastfeeding routine and we were wondering if it is a pump issue. Customer service visited again, bringing a knowledgeable lady to help with pump positioning. It turned out the issue wasn’t with the pump but with the different sensations in her left and right breasts. Kudos to the team for providing such comprehensive support!

When one of the pumps had another issue (milk leakage into the machine), customer support made multiple visits to investigate and repair the problem. They even took the product back twice to replace parts and ensure it worked perfectly. Their dedication and free-of-charge service left us very impressed and satisfied.

Am using Snuugo for work and recently brought it out for short trip. The pump is lightweight to bring around and parts easy to wash. I quite often use the pump without connecting to the app and it works as well. Service is great as Charles is quick to respond to my queries too!

I really like using the snuugo, pros are:
1. hands free: i can use it and do other things
2. super easy to assemble
3. quiet
4. app is awesome, i can track both feeds and pumps. multiple ppl can sign into the app so those feeding baby can help track feeds as well.
5. the amount i pump on the snuugo is the same as my manual hegen pump.

cons:
1.battery life not that long, need to charge after 2 uses if not it will die by 3rd use
2. odd shaped bottle makes it hard to get all the milk out
3. not sure why but my snuugo isnt recording the volume of milk i pumped. but its still easy for me to just input the amt

overall would highly recommend the snuugo, great design, great app. totally worth getting two units so you can pump both sides and save time.
